Returns and Refunds Policy
At Siete Notas, LLC., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that there may be times when a return or exchange is necessary. Below, we detail our returns and refunds policy, in compliance with European Union regulations.
Orders
- Order Placement: Orders can be placed through this website, by email at 7notas2002@gmail.com, or by calling (+34) 630 49 59 12.
- Acceptance and Rejection of Orders: We reserve the right to reject any order. An order is considered accepted when we issue a confirmation.
- Order Processing: Orders are processed in strict order of receipt. If there is not enough stock, the order will be kept pending for a maximum of 60 days. If the merchandise is available within that period, it will be sent automatically, unless the customer instructs otherwise. After 60 days without being able to supply the order, it will be automatically canceled, unless the customer indicates otherwise in writing.
- Shipping Costs and Refunds: If a second or more shipments are necessary, transport costs will be free for prepaid orders. In the case of a refund, a charge of 2 euros corresponding to the transport company's fee will apply.
Prices
- Prices and Variations: Prices listed on our website and catalog include VAT (Value Added Tax) but do not include shipping costs. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice, always applying the current prices at the time of product delivery, regardless of the price at the time of placing the order.
Returns and Exchanges
- Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of October 25, 2011, on consumer rights, you have a period of 14 calendar days to exercise the right of withdrawal, without needing to justify your decision and without any penalty, except for the return shipping costs, which will be at your expense.
- Extended Period: At Siete Notas, LLC., we extend this period to 15 days from the receipt of the shipment to notify the return or exchange of defective products or products with which you are not satisfied. To proceed, you must contact us in advance by email at 7notas2002@gmail.com or by phone.
- Return Procedure:
- Packaging and Shipping: Products must be returned well packaged and protected to the following address: Siete Notas LLC, Calle Segovia, nº 29, 28213, Colmenar del Arroyo, Madrid, Spain.
- Return Costs: The transport costs associated with the return are borne by the customer.
- Condition Verification: Once the merchandise is received in our warehouses and its condition verified, we will proceed to refund the amount, according to the payment method used in the purchase, within a maximum period of 14 days from the receipt of the returned product.
- Exclusions from the Right of Return:
- Customized Products and Perishable Goods: In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to customized products or goods that can deteriorate or expire quickly.
- Opened or Used Products: We do not accept returns of finished reeds if it cannot be demonstrated that they have not been used (introduced into the mouth). Once a product has been removed from its original packaging, we will not proceed with a return.
Warranties and Repairs
- Legal Warranty: In compliance with Directive 1999/44/EC, relating to certain aspects of the sale and guarantees of consumer goods, all our products are covered by a legal conformity warranty for a period of two years from delivery. If a product shows conformity defects during this period, you are entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, or termination of the purchase contract, as appropriate.
