How do I know what sizes I need?
To select the appropriate size for your reed, we recommend measuring a reed that you currently use and functions well. Compare these measurements with the detailed specifications provided in our size chart available on the product page. If you are experimenting or unsure about which size to choose, please do not hesitate to contact us with details regarding your bassoon and playing style for personalized guidance.
What material are the reeds made of?
We always use the best material available from the Arundo Donax plant.
Is everything handmade?
The bassoon reed manufactured by Siete Notas is a handcrafted product. Each reed is tested from its origin in the tube to its thinning once mounted and opened at least 10 times. For this, we use digital calipers, micrometers, hardness testers, densitometers, precision scales, etc.
Can I choose the color of the wire?
We offer a wide variety of colors for the wire of the reeds. Choose from our range of color options during the purchase process to customize your reed.
Orders
I have not received my order, what should I do?
Check the tracking number that was sent to you by email. If that does not work, please send us an email at 7notas2002@gmail.com with the details of your order, and we will investigate immediately.
I have not received a confirmation of my order, what should I do?
If you have not received a confirmation of your order, it may be due to an incorrect email address provided. Also, check your spam folder to ensure the confirmation has not been sent there. Contact us at 7notas2002@gmail.com or verify if we have your order registered on our website to correct your email address. It could also be that the order has not yet been processed. Please contact us before placing another new order to avoid duplicates.
How do I place an order?
It is easy and safe to place orders on our website. Once you have found the product you wish to purchase, click on “Add to Cart” to place it in your shopping cart. Follow the instructions through the payment process to complete your order. Your order will not be completed until you have chosen a payment method, filled in your name and address details, and clicked on the “Place Order” button.
How do I know that my order has been successfully completed?
When you place an order on our website, we will send you an email confirming your order along with all the delivery address details and the items purchased. Please verify that all information in this email is correct, as incorrect information can cause delays in your order.
Does my order have tracking?
All our orders include tracking. You will receive the tracking details with your order confirmation email.
Can I make changes to my order after purchase?
Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to an existing order, but if you notify us immediately, we will attempt to cancel the order before it leaves our warehouse. Once the order is canceled, you can create a new order with the correct details.
Payments
Is it safe to buy on the page?
Absolutely. Your data is handled confidentially and encrypted with SSL secure server software. The encrypted information of your order, your name, address, credit card or bank details cannot be read by third parties.
What payment methods can I use?
We accept the following payment methods:
- Cash on delivery.
- PayPal, Bank Account, Credit Card.
- Bizum.
Will I receive a receipt for my payment?
Yes, you will receive an order confirmation by email, which includes the receipt for your purchase.
Shipping and Deliveries
What is the shipping cost?
We strive to minimize your shipping costs; for domestic shipments, the shipping cost is €5.50 for any order (free shipping for orders over €100). For international shipments, the cost is €16.
When will I receive my order?
Orders usually leave our warehouse within 3 to 8 business days, unless otherwise agreed or indicated in the order confirmation. The time it takes for the carrier to deliver the package to the customer can vary depending on the country to which it must be sent.
Which carrier will deliver my order?
Orders will be shipped via Nacex courier service or by certified mail.
Refunds and Returns
I have returned my order, when will I receive my refund?
Our return process can take up to 14 days from the date the order was returned. As soon as we receive your return and initiate your refund, you will receive a confirmation by email. Depending on the payment method, it may take 2 to 5 business days from receiving the return confirmation before you receive your refund.
Is there a fee for returns?
Yes, the customer is responsible for all return costs.
Can I cancel or withdraw my order?
There is a 14-day return policy for products purchased at Siete Notas. This means you have the right to cancel your purchase by registering your return on our website within 14 days after the date you received the ordered product. Unfortunately, we cannot offer the right to return on finished reeds as we cannot determine if they have been used.
What do I do if a product is broken or incorrect?
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, our goal is to assist you as soon as possible. Please send an email with the following information to 7notas2002@gmail.com:
