At Mateo Reeds, we are dedicated to the manufacture of handmade bassoon blades and reeds. To guarantee quality, we count on the advice and supervision of renowned specialists both nationally and internationally.

Our blades and reeds are handcrafted, selecting carefully the best materials from the Arundo Donax plant, cultivated in various countries such as France, Spain, Turkey, Argentina and China. Each bassoon reed manufactured is a handmade product, always using the best material available and applying rigorous quality controls throughout the process. Each reed is subjected to exhaustive tests at least ten times in order to offer the highest quality.
